With more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, Stephanie has helped dozens of growing companies improve their performance and their profits.
Stephanie started her career as a consultant at PwC, and then leveraged her Big Four experience to manage the financial planning and analysis for some of the country’s top hospitality brands.
In 2015, she returned to her consulting roots before being brought in-house by a client who wanted her to lead their finance, accounting, and accounts receivable functions across the company’s US, Canada, and Latin America operations.
In her role as a divisional CFO, Stephanie transformed the finance function to align structure, processes, and talent with the company’s long-term growth strategy. She also helped create the tactics and process efficiencies required to deliver the revenue and BU margin targets of the board and PE firm.
Today, she brings her extensive experience helping global private equity-backed ventures, public corporations, and high-growth firms to BFP. She’s helped clients in a diverse range of industries, including loss adjusting, engineering, dental, beverage, banking, and professional services.
Her goal is to help clients build scalable finance organizations, optimize their cash flow, and uncover the actionable insights that accelerate growth and value creation.
In his 20+ years of accounting and advisory experience, Sean has guided dozens of public and private companies through complex system implementations, large-scale process improvements, and new accounting standards.
Sean began his career at KPMG, helping more than 40 corporate clients in diverse industries strengthen their accounting policies and tax strategies.
He later served in finance leadership roles at Bloomin’ Brands, ConnectWise, and Surterra Wellness, helping each organization strengthen its financial operations to keep pace with its growth.
Throughout his career, Sean has specialized in helping companies manage financial complexity with precision and clarity. He’s led ASC 606 implementations, accounting platform rollouts, and process transformations, helping clients strengthen compliance and improve financial reporting.
Today, Sean applies the experience gained working in the Big Four, as well as in-house at multiple public and private companies, to help BFP clients solve their financial challenges.
His mission is to help companies strengthen management oversight, simplify complexity, and keep their financial operations aligned with their growth goals and compliance needs.
